Join us as our industry hosts guide you through a delicious tasting experience, where you’ll discover the perfect combinations that elevate both the wine and chocolate.

Whether you're a connoisseur or simply looking to indulge, these sessions promise to delight your palate and enhance your festival experience!

Includes a 3 hour general admission to the exhibition hall where you will enjoy 70+ samples from 40+ exhibitors. Must be 18yrs+ to attend, ID required.

FINN DOYLE 

COCOA ABOUT TOWN

Cacao About Town was created by IICCT-certified Chocolate Taster and International Chocolate Awards judge Finn Doyle. From a humble bean-to-bar chocolate blog, Finn has grown Cacao About Town to offer chocolate tasting experiences, corporate workshops, and craft chocolate consultancy – all in the hopes of sharing their passion for high-quality craft chocolate and ethically sourced cacao.

MIKE LATHAM

​GIANT STEPS

Mike Latham is the Senior Winemaker at Giant Steps, a renowned winery in the Yarra Valley. He brings a wealth of experience from leading Australian producers including Pepper Tree, Mount Pleasant, and Tyrrell’s. Mike has also completed international vintages in Oregon, Burgundy, and Côte-Rôtie. He holds a Bachelor of Business and a Graduate Diploma in Viticulture and Oenology. Mike believes that great wine begins in the vineyard, with a focus on terroir, site expression, and meticulous attention to detail.
